Government Technical College, Ile-Ife 1990 Alumni Association mourn Adeniyi Abidemi 
With heavy heart but total submission to the will of God, the Alumni association of Government Technical College, Ile-Ife (1990 set) regret to announce the untimely death of one of us, Mr Adeniyi Abidemi.

The sad event occurred on Thursday, 1st January, 2026.

The late Adeniyi Abidemi was until his death at the age of 55, an active member of the alumni association of our great alma mater.

I, Engr Famoyin Olufemi, on behalf of the executive and entire members of the alumni association mourn the demise of our lovely brother, friend and associate.

In a condolence message by Engr Famoyin Olufemi, the chairman Chairman, 1990 set of Government Technical College Ile-Ife Alumni Association, the set commiserate with the deceased family.

We specially extend our condolences to members of his immediate family, especially his wife and  children and the entire members of his extended family.

We also extend our heartfelt condolences to the Aresa's family of Osogbo and other family members of the deceased.

In the same vein, we symphatize with all his friends especially Engr Kunle Awoyeju and Engr Niran popularly known as Suma who lived together with the deceased during their stay in Lagos early in life.

Our thoughts and prayers are with the family at this trying time of grief and we pray that the Almighty God will grant everyone he left behind the fortitude to bear the irreparable loss.

Adieu, Adeniyi Abidemi. We love you but God loves you more. Rest on till we shall meet to part no more

KIDVARC schools celebrate 40th/30th anniversary  Authorities of the KIDVARC Nursery, Primary and High Schools, Iree has announced activities for the 40th anniversary of KIDVARC Nursery and Primary School and 30th anniversary of the KIDVARC High School both in Iree, Boripe Local Government Area of Osun State. Also, the 15th remembrance anniversary of the Proprietor of the schools, Dr Samuel Oyedokun Omotoso will be held during the anniversary celebration. Court grants Action Alliance order to serve INEC, Yakubu Contempt Form through substituted service  The Federal High Court sitting in Osogbo, the Osun State capital has granted the Action Alliance (AA) an order for substituted service of contempt form (Form 49) on the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) and its national chairman, Prof Mahmood Yakubu. The Action Alliance and some members of the party had through a motion exparte dated 14th April, 2025 sought an order for substituted service of Form 49 on INEC and its national chairman.
