Eid El Fitri: Eburu felicitates with Muslims

The Eburu of Iba in Ifelodun Local Government Area of Osun State, Oba (Prof) Adekunle Adeogun Okunoye Oyedeji 11 has rejoiced with Muslims in Iba and across the world on the successful completion of this year's Ramadan fasting.

The prominent monarch who salutes the Muslims for their steadfastness, tenacity of purpose and commitment to the tenets of Islam, urged them to sustain the spirituality built during the holy month of Ramadan.

He urged Muslims in Iba to continue to pray for the unity and development of the town, which he said is the most paramount thing.

Whilst celebrating with the Muslims, the traditional ruler who is also a renowned educationist called for prayers for the state and the country at large, saying that all and sundry hold it a serious obligation to pray for the nation.

He stressed that Islam is a religion of peace, and thereby admonished all adherent of Islamic faith to do everything to promote peaceful coexistence, just as he implored them to continue to promote peace, love and unity as it was done during Ramadan.

He prayed the Almighty Allah to preserve the lives of everyone to witness more of Eid El Fitri celebration.

KIDVARC schools celebrate 40th/30th anniversary  Authorities of the KIDVARC Nursery, Primary and High Schools, Iree has announced activities for the 40th anniversary of KIDVARC Nursery and Primary School and 30th anniversary of the KIDVARC High School both in Iree, Boripe Local Government Area of Osun State. Court grants Action Alliance order to serve INEC, Yakubu Contempt Form through substituted service  The Federal High Court sitting in Osogbo, the Osun State capital has granted the Action Alliance (AA) an order for substituted service of contempt form (Form 49) on the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) and its national chairman, Prof Mahmood Yakubu. The Action Alliance and some members of the party had through a motion exparte dated 14th April, 2025 sought an order for substituted service of Form 49 on INEC and its national chairman.
